Hi, my name is Tony De La Rosa.
I sell real estate.
I don’t have a cheesy real estate agent tagline or slogan.
I was born and raised in Southern California, where I grew up riding skateboards, playing music, drawing, and getting lost in books and sci-fi movies. I moved to Tennessee with my wife and our three kids in 2006, and we’ve called Nashville home ever since. I’m a family man, I crave time alone, and I believe in God.
In addition to real estate, I have over 30 years experience in the music business, I’ve toured in a rock band, shared the stage with David Hasselhoff, worked directly with Paul Stanley from KISS, and as a side gig I was a Private Investigator. All of which has nothing to do with real estate, but it’s fun to talk about.
I spend my days hanging out by the pool and eating nachos at a beautiful community in Hendersonville, TN called Waterford Crossing. Actually, I don’t really like hanging out at the pool, so I’m usually in the sales office playing guitar or helping a client.
This is my personal blog, where I write about real estate, music, art, personal development, being a dad, and once in a while I throw in something that might not fit into any of those categories but is on my mind at the time.
I usually post a couple of time a month, sometimes more. To keep up with my posts you can subscribe via email. To never see this page again, you can close this browser window.

This is my personal blog.
